Each LUMINOUSFILM.com lamp delivered shall be free of defects in manufacture including peeling of lamination, separation of lamp layers or failure to light for a storage period of 3 years from the date of purchase when product is shipped and stored in proper conditions. LUMINOUSFILM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE LIFE OF ANY FLATLITE LAMP.

USER agrees that certain blemishes occur in the manufacturing process including but not limited to streaks, clouds or spots which cannot be inspected over 100% of the lamp surface area for wholesale format products such as coils. USER agrees that such blemishes may occur in up to 10% of the surface area and will not be considered as warranted or returnable product.

Each power supply and inverter delivered under this Agreement shall be free of defects in manufacture for a
storage period of 3 years or period of ninety (90) days for labor, and one (1) year for parts from the date of documented resale, whichever occurs first, when installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturers documentation.

LUMINOUSFILM.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THE LUMINOUSFILM PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The warranties set forth herein shall not extend to LuminousFilm.com Products installed or operated in a manner other than that specified by LuminousFilm.com, treated with abuse or negligence, modified by anyone other than LuminousFilm.com or OEM, operated at ambient temperatures greater than 140 degrees Fahrenheit or lower than -20 degrees Fahrenheit, or operated at a relative humidity greater than 98 percent. All warranties herein are void if any LuminousFilm.com Product is used in connection with any power supply or termination system not approved by LuminousFilm.com, or with any electroluminescent product not supplied by LuminousFilm.com.

USER here by indemnifies LuminousFilm.com, and holds it harmless, from and against any and all loss, claim, damage, liability, or expense whatsoever (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and disbursements) resulting from use of LuminousFilm.com products in a manner not expressly authorized in writing by LuminousFilm.com or resulting from any warranty of a LuminousFilm.com Product by PURCHASER or a third party.

In the event a warranty claim is made during the applicable warranty period, purchaser shall comply in all respects with LuminousFilm.com’s Return Authorization Policy as then in effect.
